Cancellation, Return and Delivery Conditions

 
 
Our company protects consumer rights and prioritizes after-sales customer satisfaction. All kinds of dissatisfaction, production and service related problems you may experience with the products you purchased are meticulously evaluated and resolved as soon as possible.
Below you can find the conditions necessary for us to serve you better and faster in product returns; Product returns are not accepted if any of these are missing.

a- Returns of products that have been used, whose original tags have been removed, washed or damaged are not accepted.
b- The product to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged, together with its standard accessories, as received within 14 days.
 
2. SHIPMENT OF THE PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED
 
a- For the return process, the delivery note of the product must be sent.
 
ABOUT OTHER TERMS AND RETURN CARGO FEES
 
a- If the product / products you want to return are defective, if they are sent by our contracted shipping companies, the shipping fee is paid by our company.
b- If the products that come to our Quality Assurance department are delivered in accordance with the return conditions, the refund of the product amounts will be in the form of store credit. Store credit never expires in terms of time.
 
SENDING THE PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED
 
The product to be returned can only be received by the cargo companies we have contracted with. Other than that, the return and transportation fee of the products that we receive with any cargo company will not be accepted.
General return conditions are as follows;
- Returns must be made with the original box or packaging and original labels.
- The products whose original box / package is damaged (for example: products with a cargo label affixed on the original box and taped with cargo parcel tape are not accepted), products that have their original tags removed, have lost their resalability, and are not available for purchase by another customer are not accepted.
- Please send your e-mail including the product you want to return, the original shipping receipt (all copies you have) and the reason for the return to info@paminakids.com.
- If the product / products you want to return are defective, the shipping fee is covered by our company. In this case, you must send with contracted cargoes. In other cases, the shipping fee is yours.
 
 
ORDER CANCELLATION
 
Dear customers, if you want to cancel your orders that you have given up, please contact our customer service. If your order has not been shipped, your cancellation process is carried out. If it is shipped, we cannot cancel your transaction.
 
DELIVERY TERMS
Your products are supplied when your order is approved according to the stock status and then shipped. In order for your order to be confirmed, the price of the products you have purchased must be paid by credit card. Approved orders will be delivered to cargo within 2-7 business days.
