Refunds We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product you purchased is defective. You must return and send images of the relevant defects within 7 days of receipt of the goods. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We will not be liable for any loss or damage or return postage costs incurred while returns are detained by third parties.
